RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For complete piece of mind Leathers outfits offering 30 days Full refund/exchange/return/cancelation policy within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as you have received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All products on the website are under 30 days Return/exchange and cancelation policy with guarantee full 100% refund on their purchase.

Exchanges

We exchange all products, and all our products are came under 30 days Exchange policy from their purchase if they are defective or damaged and wrong in size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leathersoutfits.com. If you would like a full refund, please mention. Please must mention order no in the subject email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days of days.

Cancellation of the Orders

You can request to cancel your order any time before shipping and 100% of the order value refunded to your card, send your request with subject CANCEL (order number) to info@leathersoutfits.com. The order will be cancelled within in 24hours and you will get a full 100% refund within 24 hours on same payment method used for purchasing.

If cancelation required after shipping and providing tracking details to your order, then you can raise a refund request in that case buyer has to ship the order back to our office at their cost. send a REFUND request (order number) to info@leathersoutfots.com. we will reply you within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@leathersjackets.com.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the office without opening Return Request via email at info@leathersoutfits.com.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages

In this case we are responsible for product collection from customer address, or we will send return labels to customers as this is our responsibility to provide an accurate product as advertised at same cost mentioned on website. Just take a picture of the product and send to info@leathersoutfits.com along with order number. We will send the new piece within 2 working days and it is our responsibility to collect the damage item from you.
